Manage linked documents for a project
Link project documents so they are easy to access and displayed with readable titles instead of internal IDs.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the linked documents section
From your project view, scroll to the linked documents section to see any documents that are already associated with this project or an empty state if none are linked yet.

Step 2: Review existing linked documents
Check the list of linked documents, which shows each document by its title and filename so that internal IDs are never displayed.

Step 3: Start linking a new document
Select the "Link a document" button to open the document picker and begin adding new documents to the project.

Step 4: Choose documents to link
In the document picker, select one or more project documents you want to associate with this project; your selections will be stored as document IDs behind the scenes.

Step 5: Confirm and view linked documents
Confirm your selection to return to the linked documents section, where the new documents appear in the list with friendly titles and filenames instead of raw IDs.
