Manage stakeholder records and resolve duplicates
Use the unified stakeholder view to review stakeholders, identify possible duplicates, and manage their related activity, connections, and compliance information.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder list
From your project area, open the unified stakeholder table to see all people and organisations linked to the project, including their type, status, and key details.

Step 2: Review duplicate detection alerts
Check the duplicate detection banner at the top of the list to see if any potential duplicate stakeholder records have been identified for your project.

Step 3: Open a stakeholder card
Select a stakeholder row or card to open the stakeholder detail split view, which shows a summary on the left and detailed tabs on the right.

Step 4: Review stakeholder overview information
In the Overview tab, confirm the stakeholder’s key details, status, and type to ensure the record accurately reflects their relationship with your project.

Step 5: Check recent stakeholder activity
Switch to the Activity tab to review recent interactions and activities associated with the stakeholder, helping you understand their current engagement.

Step 6: Manage stakeholder connections
Open the Connections tab to review suggested and confirmed connections between this stakeholder and others, and save any decisions about new or existing links.

Step 7: Review compliance information
Go to the Compliance tab to view a summary of any compliance-related data for the stakeholder, ensuring project requirements and obligations are met.

Step 8: Resolve potential duplicate stakeholders
When prompted by the duplicate detection banner, open the merge duplicates dialog, compare overlapping records, and confirm which information should be kept in the unified stakeholder record.
