Manage potential duplicate stakeholders
Review and manage potential duplicate stakeholder records so each stakeholder only appears once in your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified stakeholder view
From your project workspace, go to the unified stakeholder view to see all stakeholders linked to the current project and organisation.

Step 2: Review stakeholder list and statuses
Scan the stakeholder list, checking each stakeholder’s type and status to identify any that may represent the same person or organisation.

Step 3: Inspect details of potential duplicates
Select a stakeholder entry to review its detailed information alongside other similar entries and confirm whether they are duplicates.

Step 4: Navigate between filtered and full views
Use the available filters, sorting options, and pagination controls to refine the list so that potential duplicates are easier to spot and compare.

Step 5: Update project membership where needed
When you confirm the correct stakeholder record, ensure it is associated with the right project and membership so project access and communications stay accurate.
