Configure feed filters in side panels

Use the filter bar to fine-tune which items appear in the supervisor feed side panels by adjusting severity and range chips.

Steps​

Step 1: Identify the filter groups in the side panel​

At the top of the supervisor feed side panel, locate the filter bar showing labelled groups such as severity and time range, each with a row of selectable chips.

Step 2: Select multiple severity chips​

In a multi-select group such as Severity, click one or more chips to toggle them on or off so the feed reflects only items matching the selected severities.

Step 3: Choose a single range option​

In a single-select group such as Time range, click the chip you want to activate so the feed updates to show items only from that range.

Step 4: Adjust filters without clearing the feed​

Turn all chips off in a multi-select group if needed, knowing the feed will continue to show all relevant items rather than becoming empty.

Step 5: Refine results by combining filters​

Mix and match your active severity and range chips so the side panel shows exactly the subset of items you need to review or manage.
