This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Gantt toolbar
Navigate to the programme view where the Gantt chart is shown; the toolbar appears at the top of the chart with navigation, zoom, grouping, dependency, and export controls.

Step 2: Move to the previous or next period
Use the left and right arrow buttons to move the Gantt chart to the previous or next time period so you can review earlier or upcoming work.

Step 3: Jump back to today
Click the Today button to re-centre the Gantt chart on the current date if you have navigated away from it.

Step 4: Change the zoom level
Open the zoom dropdown and choose Week, Month, Quarter, or Year to change how much of the programme timeline is visible on screen.

Step 5: Group activities by phase
Use the Phases toggle switch to turn grouping by phase on or off, so that tasks are either organised under phase headers or shown as a flat list.

Step 6: Show or hide dependencies
Use the Dependencies toggle switch to display or hide dependency links between tasks on the Gantt chart for a clearer or more detailed view.

Step 7: Export the Gantt chart
Select the Export button to download the current Gantt chart view, using your browser's download options to save or share the file.
