Use the Gantt KPI strip to filter tasks
Use the KPI strip above the Gantt chart to see task counts by status and quickly filter the timeline view.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review task KPIs above the Gantt chart
At the top of the Gantt view, locate the KPI strip showing Total tasks, Overdue, In progress, Complete, Not started and On critical path, each with a task count.

Step 2: Filter the Gantt chart by a KPI
Select one of the KPI buttons, such as Overdue or In progress, to filter the Gantt chart so that only tasks matching that status are shown.

Step 3: See which KPI filter is active
Check the KPI strip to see which KPI button is shown as pressed, indicating the filter that is currently applied to the Gantt chart.

Step 4: Remove the current KPI filter
Select the pressed KPI button again to toggle it off and return the Gantt chart to showing all tasks.

Step 5: View critical path tasks only
Select the On critical path KPI to focus the Gantt chart on tasks that are critical for meeting the overall timeline.
