View the programme in full-screen
Use the full-screen programme view to explore your Gantt chart, apply filters, and review delivery KPIs in detail.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the full-screen programme view
Open the programme view so it fills your screen, giving you space to review all project tasks and timelines without distraction.

Step 2: Review KPIs and status at the top of the view
Use the KPI strip at the top to see total tasks, status breakdowns, and critical path counts, then refine the view by selecting a KPI filter if available.

Step 3: Adjust task filters to focus the Gantt chart
Use the task filters panel to narrow down the Gantt chart by phase, status, or other criteria so you can focus on the tasks that matter most.

Step 4: Interpret phases using the legend
Refer to the phase legend to understand colour-coding and phase groupings on the Gantt chart for clearer visual analysis.

Step 5: Explore and select tasks on the Gantt chart
Scroll and zoom through the Gantt chart to inspect timelines, floats, and dependencies, and click individual tasks to open further task details if supported.

Step 6: Export programme data if available
Use the export control, when present, to download or share the current programme view for reporting or stakeholder updates.

Step 7: Minimise or close the full-screen view
Use the minimise or close control, or press Escape on your keyboard, to return to the standard project view when you have finished reviewing the programme.
