Use the full-screen programme view to explore your Gantt chart, apply filters, and review delivery KPIs in detail.

Steps

Step 1: Open the full-screen programme view

Open the programme view so it fills your screen, giving you space to review all project tasks and timelines without distraction.

Step 2: Review KPIs and status at the top of the view

Use the KPI strip at the top to see total tasks, status breakdowns, and critical path counts, then refine the view by selecting a KPI filter if available.

Step 3: Adjust task filters to focus the Gantt chart

Use the task filters panel to narrow down the Gantt chart by phase, status, or other criteria so you can focus on the tasks that matter most.

Step 5: Explore and select tasks on the Gantt chart

Scroll and zoom through the Gantt chart to inspect timelines, floats, and dependencies, and click individual tasks to open further task details if supported.

Use the export control, when present, to download or share the current programme view for reporting or stakeholder updates.

Step 7: Minimise or close the full-screen view

Use the minimise or close control, or press Escape on your keyboard, to return to the standard project view when you have finished reviewing the programme.
