Review recent project activity
Use the activity log to review recent actions taken in the workspace or on a specific project, and open detailed records for individual activities.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the activity log
Navigate to the section of the application where the Activity Log component is embedded (for example, the project overview or workspace activity page). The log automatically loads recent activities for the current workspace or selected project.

Step 2: Browse and page through recent activities
Scroll through the list of activities to see who did what and when. Use the pagination controls beneath the list (for example, left and right arrows or page indicators) to move between pages of results when there are more activities than fit on a single page.

Step 3: Filter activities by type
Use the available filters (such as action type or entity type) to narrow the list to only the types of activities you are interested in, for example, comments, document updates or status changes. The list refreshes automatically to show only matching entries.

Step 4: Search within the activity log
Enter a keyword or phrase into the search box to find specific activities, such as items mentioning a particular document, workspace item or user. Matching results are displayed immediately as the search term is updated.

Step 5: Switch between activity tabs
Use the tab bar at the top of the log (for example, “All” and other category tabs) to quickly focus on specific groups of activities, such as alerts, user interactions or workflow changes. Each tab shows only activities relevant to that category.

Step 6: Sort activities
Adjust the sorting options (for example, by date/time or other available fields) to change the order in which activities are displayed, toggling between ascending and descending order to review the most recent or earliest events first.

Step 7: View detailed information for an activity
Select an activity from the list to open its detail view. The detail modal or side panel shows full information about the event, including timestamps, related workspace items and any associated metadata.

Step 8: Inspect the related workspace item
From within the activity details, open the linked workspace item (such as a task, document or record) in the Workspace Item Detail panel to understand the full context of the change or discussion.

Step 9: Close the activity detail view
When you have finished reviewing the details, close the detail panel or modal using the close control. You are returned to the main activity list, where you can continue reviewing other events.
