Choose lifecycle items with pickers

Use the lifecycle redesign pickers to quickly select users, templates, locations, lifecycle items and packages from your project data.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the lifecycle pickers​

From the Storybook navigation, select "Pickers/Lifecycle Redesign" to open the page showing all available picker examples.

Step 2: Pick a project user​

In the User picker example, click the input field, start typing a name or email, and choose the correct person from the filtered list.

Step 3: Select a lifecycle template​

In the Template picker example, open the dropdown, review the listed templates (such as inspection or ITP templates), and click the one you want to use.

Step 4: Choose a project location​

In the Location picker example, browse or search through the location tree and select the appropriate building, level or area node.

Step 5: Pick a lifecycle item​

In the Lifecycle Item picker example, filter by lifecycle code or name and choose the specific lifecycle item that applies to your task.

Step 6: Select a package​

In the Package picker example, search or scroll through the available packages and select the one that best matches the work scope.
