Pick a project organisation

Use the organisation picker to search for, select, or quickly add companies linked to your project.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the organisation picker​

In the relevant form, click the organisation field to open the picker popover for this project.

Step 2: Search for an existing organisation​

Start typing the organisation name; matching project-linked organisations such as clients, subcontractors or consultants are filtered in real time.

Step 3: Choose the correct organisation​

Review the results and click the correct organisation entry; the picker closes and the field is populated with your choice.

Step 4: Create a new organisation (if not listed)​

If quick create is available and you cannot find the company, use the inline mini-form in the popover to enter the new organisation details and submit them.

Step 5: Confirm the selected organisation​

After selecting or creating, check that the organisation now appears in the form with the correct role for this project.
