Select work packages for a project

Use the package picker to select one or more work packages for the current project, filtered by organisation when needed.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the package picker​

Select the package field to open the package picker popover for the current project.

Step 2: Search for relevant work packages​

Type into the search box to filter packages by reference or title and review their completion status and component counts.

Step 3: Select one or more packages​

Click on each relevant package row to add it to your selection; selected items are clearly highlighted.

Step 4: Review selected packages​

Check the list of selected packages shown in the field, including their human-readable references and titles.

Step 5: Remove any packages you do not need​

Use the remove option on individual selected packages to clear them from your selection before saving.
