Manage project packages

Use the Packages list to search, filter, review and open all work packages on a project, and prepare them for RAMS.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Packages list

From the project sidebar, select "Packages" to open the searchable, filterable list of all work packages on your project.

Step 2: Search for a package

Use the search box at the top of the page to find packages by reference, title or contractor name; results update as you type.

Step 3: Filter packages by stage, type, zone, contractor or risk

Apply one or more filters using the dropdown controls to narrow the list to packages in a specific stage, discipline, zone, contractor, or risk profile.

Step 4: Review package completion and RAMS readiness

Scan the list to see each package’s completion status and RAMS readiness counts, which are loaded in a single batch so you can quickly spot gaps.

Step 5: Open a package workspace

Select any package row to open its detailed workspace item, where you can review and manage all information for that work package.

Step 6: Mark a package as a favourite

Use the favourite control on a package row to add or remove it from your favourites list, making it easier to return to key packages later.

Step 7: Bulk-create RAMS for selected packages

Select multiple packages and use the bulk RAMS creation option to generate RAMS records in one action, then review the summary of what was created.

Step 8: Generate packages automatically with Agent Assist

Start the Agent Assist task for "packages-and-trades-assessment" to let the system read project documents and propose a structured set of packages for you.

Step 9: Export or generate a register of packages

Use the register generation button to create a structured register of all managed packages for reporting or sharing with your wider team.
