Manage project work packages
Use the Packages page to search, filter and review all work packages on a project, and open a package to view its detailed workspace.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Packages list for your project
In the project sidebar, select Packages to open the Packages list page showing all work packages for the current project.

Step 2: Search for a specific package
Use the search box at the top of the page to find packages by reference, title or contractor name; results update as you type.

Step 3: Filter packages by stage, type, zone, contractor or risk
Use the filter controls above the list to narrow the view by stage, discipline type, location zone, contractor or risk level; the table refreshes to show only matching packages.

Step 4: Review package details in the list
Scan the table columns to see key information for each package, including stage, type, contractor, risk level and completion percentage.

Step 5: Open a package workspace
Select a package row to open its detailed workspace item view in a new page, where you can manage and review that specific package.

Step 6: Understand loading and empty states
When data is loading, a spinner appears above the table; if no packages match your search or filters, an empty-state message is shown instead of the list.
