Use the Smart Shortcuts widget to quickly navigate to the most relevant project pages based on your recent activity and context.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Smart Shortcuts widget
Locate the Smart Shortcuts card on your dashboard; it displays a curated list of shortcuts with icons, labels and when they were last used.

Step 2: Review suggested shortcuts
Scan the list of suggested shortcuts, noting the icon, title, brief description and relative time since each shortcut was last used or updated.

Step 3: Identify project-specific shortcuts
Look for shortcuts that include project names or folders, using them to jump directly into specific project areas such as dashboards, documents or workflows.

Step 4: Use search-focused shortcuts
Select any search- or filter-related shortcut, such as those with search or filter icons, to quickly reopen commonly used searches or filtered views.

Step 5: Open a shortcut destination
Click a shortcut row to navigate immediately to the relevant page, such as reports, settings, tasks, automation or resource views, in the same browser tab.

Step 6: Refine your usage over time
Continue using frequently accessed areas via shortcuts so the widget can prioritise and surface the most helpful options based on your ongoing activity.
