Choose a linked document for an insight

Select which linked document to open when an insight provides multiple supporting documents.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the linked document picker​

When you select an insight with multiple linked documents, a dialog titled "Choose a linked document" opens and lists all available documents.

Step 2: Review the insight context​

Check the insight title shown beneath the dialog heading to confirm you are selecting a document for the correct insight.

Step 3: Select the document you want to open​

Click the document you want to review from the list; the picker closes and the selected document opens for detailed review.

Step 4: Close the picker without choosing​

If you do not want to open any document, click outside the dialog, press Escape on your keyboard, or use the close button in the top-right corner to dismiss the picker.
