Manage AI insights schedule

Configure how often AI insights are automatically generated for your project and monitor their estimated usage.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the AI insights controls​

In your project view, locate the "Auto-generate insights" panel showing the sparkles icon and scheduling options.

Step 2: Choose how often insights are generated​

Use the frequency dropdown next to the label to select how often AI insights should run, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

Step 3: Review estimated Intelligence Units usage​

Check the IU badge with the lightning icon to see the estimated Intelligence Units that will be consumed each time insights are generated.

Step 4: Turn automatic AI insights on or off​

Use the toggle switch to enable or disable automatic AI insight generation for this project; saving and loading states may temporarily disable the controls.
