Manage agent schedules from the dashboard
View, run, pause, resume and delete agent schedules, and create new ones from a central dashboard.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedules dashboard
Navigate to the schedules area for your selected project to see a table of all existing agent schedules, including their status, frequency, last run, and next run information.

Step 2: Review schedule status and frequency
Scan the overview cards and table to understand how many schedules are active or paused, how often they run, and when they last and next run, using the coloured frequency labels and status badges for quick insight.

Step 3: Create a new schedule
Select the option to create a new schedule (for example, via the New or + button) to open the schedule creation flow where you can configure a schedule for an agent.

Step 4: View schedule details
Click on a schedule row or its details action to open the full schedule view, where you can review and adjust its configuration if needed.

Step 5: Run a schedule immediately
Use the Run now action (for example, from the row actions menu or button with a play icon) to trigger the selected schedule to execute straight away, without waiting for the next planned run time.

Step 6: Pause or resume a schedule
Toggle the schedule’s switch or use the pause/play actions to temporarily stop a schedule from running or resume it so that it follows its defined frequency again.

Step 7: Enable or disable a schedule
Use the enable/disable control (such as a switch in the row) to turn a schedule on or off entirely, affecting whether it is considered active in the dashboard statistics.

Step 8: Delete a schedule
Open the more options menu for a schedule, choose Delete, and confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialogue to permanently remove the schedule from the project.
