View agents for a project

Use the agents table to see all agents available to your selected project, including their status, type, and key details.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the project workspace

Navigate to the project workspace where you want to review agents; the agents table will only load when a project is selected.

Step 2: Locate the agents table

Scroll to the section showing the list of agents; when the project loads, the table automatically starts fetching agents linked to the project.

Step 3: Wait for agents to load

Allow a moment for the system to retrieve agents using your current sign-in; while loading, the table shows a loading state until the data is ready.

Step 4: Review agent details

Once loaded, review each agent’s title, description, colour, icon, type, capabilities, status, and version directly in the table to understand what is available for the project.

Step 5: Check agents with assigned tasks

For agents that have tasks, expand or inspect the relevant row (or associated actions) to understand what tasks are linked to that agent and how they support your project.

Step 6: Identify issues loading agents

If no agents appear or an error message is shown, confirm that a project is selected and that you are signed in with valid access, then refresh the page to retry loading the table.
