Access in-app help and guidance
Use the in-app help tools to find guidance, walkthroughs and contextual support while working in the application.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the help panel
Select the help icon in the application frame to open the main help panel, which appears on the side of the screen with topics relevant to the current page.
Step 2: Browse help topics
Review the list of suggested help topics and sections in the help panel, then select a topic to see detailed guidance tailored to the area of the app you are using.
Step 3: Use contextual onboarding help
When you see onboarding prompts or contextual help triggers, select them to open focused guidance for that specific part of the page, such as the sidebar, dashboard, or project workspace.
Step 4: Follow the onboarding checklist
Open the onboarding checklist from its trigger in the interface to view recommended setup tasks, then follow each listed item to learn key features and complete your workspace configuration.
