Ask for help with project questions
Use the in-app help chat to ask follow-up questions about your project and receive answers with links to supporting documentation.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the help Q&A panel
Scroll to the help section of the page until you see the “Still need help? Ask” header with the chat icon and the Reset button. This is where you can start a new help conversation for your current project.

Step 2: Review the suggested questions
Look at any suggested actions or example questions shown beneath the introductory message in the help area. Select one that matches what you want to ask, or use it as inspiration for your own question.

Step 3: Type your question
Click into the text box at the bottom of the help panel and type a clear question about your project. If you clicked a suggested question, it will appear in the input field and you can edit it before sending.

Step 4: Send your question
Select the Send button (paper plane icon) or press Enter to submit your question. The message will appear in the conversation, and the system will start preparing a response.

Step 5: Wait for the response to load
While your answer is being generated, a loading indicator appears in the help panel. Keep the panel open until the response text and any related citations are displayed.

Step 6: Read the answer and follow the documentation links
Review the reply shown in the help panel. Under the answer, check the Sources section for clickable tags that open the relevant documentation pages in a new browser tab for more detail.

Step 7: Ask follow-up questions
If you need clarification, type an additional question in the same input box and send it. The chat keeps the conversation context so you can refine or deepen your query.

Step 8: Reset the conversation
When you want to start over with a fresh conversation, select the Reset button at the top right of the help panel. This clears previous messages so you can begin a new line of questioning.
