Navigate the main workspace

Use the main application frame to move between projects, dashboards, calendars, reports, and settings so you can manage your work in one place.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the main workspace

Sign in to the application to open the main workspace, where the sidebar, top bar, and content area give you access to all key features.

Step 2: Switch between organisations

Use the organisation switcher in the top bar to change which organisation’s projects and data you are viewing.

Step 3: Select a project

Open the project selector to choose the project you want to work on; the workspace updates to show data, agents, and settings for that project.

Step 4: Use the main navigation

Click the sidebar icons (such as Dashboard, Workspace, Calendar, Reports, Forms, Notifications and Settings) to open the corresponding section in the main content area.

Step 5: Access contextual help and onboarding

Open the help panel, onboarding checklist, or sidebar guide to see guidance, tips, and progress indicators tailored to where you are in the app.
