View and understand your project dashboard
Use the project dashboard to review key metrics, activities, deadlines, risks and insights for the selected project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the project dashboard
From the main navigation, select a project to open its dashboard view. The Dashboard section loads automatically for the chosen project.

Step 2: Review the overview tab
On the Overview tab, scan the high-level project metrics, status indicators and any premium welcome or onboarding cards that summarise current progress.

Step 3: Check recent activity
Scroll to the Recent Activity section to see the latest updates, including actions taken by team members and system-generated events.

Step 4: Monitor upcoming deadlines
Locate the Upcoming Deadlines section to review tasks or milestones that are due soon, helping you prioritise work and follow up with the team.

Step 5: Review project risks
In the risks area, examine any identified risks associated with the project so you can address potential issues before they impact delivery.

Step 6: Explore project insights
Open the insights section to view AI-powered or computed project insights that highlight trends, bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.

Step 7: Use Ask AI for project questions
In the Ask AI section, enter natural-language questions about the project to receive contextual answers based on current project data and activity.

Step 8: Review notifications
Open the notifications section within the dashboard to see alerts about changes, assignments, or items requiring your attention.

Step 9: Navigate between dashboard tabs
Use the tabs at the top of the dashboard (such as Overview and Activity Log) to switch between different views, including a detailed log of all project activities.

Step 10: Access smart shortcuts
Use the Smart Shortcuts widget to quickly navigate to common project actions, such as managing details, documents or tasks linked from the dashboard.
