View in-context help and search documentation

Use the in-app help panel to read task documentation relevant to your current screen and quickly search for other help topics.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the help panel from the current screen​

Select the help icon or Help menu option in the application to open the help panel, which slides in from the side and automatically links to the topic for your current page.

Step 2: Review the loaded help topic​

Once the panel opens, wait for the help content to load, then read the task description, instructions, and any embedded images that explain how to complete the current task.

Step 3: Identify and follow visual examples​

Scroll through the help content to view any screenshots or diagrams; if an image cannot be loaded it is hidden automatically so you can focus on the remaining instructions.

Step 4: Search for other help topics​

Enter a keyword or phrase in the help search bar and confirm the search to see a list of matching help topics related to different tasks in the system.

Step 5: Select a result to view its documentation​

Choose one of the search results to replace the current help content with the detailed documentation for that specific task.

Step 6: Clear your search and return to the current topic​

Use the clear or close option in the search area to remove your search query, hide the search results, and return to the help content that relates directly to your current screen.

Step 7: Close the help panel​

When you have finished reviewing the documentation, select the close button in the help panel header to hide the panel and return to your work.
