Manage project data and uploads
Use the Project Data section to browse documents, manage companies and people, review processing status, and upload new project files.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Project Data section
From your project view, open the Data area to access documents, companies, people, and processing tabs for the selected project.

Step 2: Switch between data tabs
Use the Documents, Companies, People, and Processing tabs to view different types of project data; the active tab is highlighted, and the page URL updates to match your selection.

Step 3: View document details
In the Documents tab, select a document to open its detail panel; the panel opens alongside the list and the document ID appears in the page URL.

Step 4: Open the file uploader
Click the upload control in the Documents tab to open the file uploader panel, where you can see the list of files being uploaded and their status.

Step 5: Upload new project documents
Add one or more files in the uploader to start uploading; the uploading list updates as each document progresses and finishes.

Step 6: Track pending document processing
Open the Processing tab to see documents that are pending processing, along with their status and counts, if pending uploads are enabled for the project.

Step 7: Review companies linked to the project
Open the Companies tab to review the companies associated with the project in a structured table, including any metrics or status indicators.

Step 8: Review people linked to the project
Open the People tab to view individuals connected to the project, allowing you to confirm that key contacts and team members are correctly captured.

Step 9: Use the AI data assistant
From the Project Data section, open the AI Data Assistant to ask questions or generate insights based on your uploaded project documents and related data.
