Schedule a recurring task
Use the Schedule Task wizard to review captured inputs and set up a recurring task based on a previous run.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Schedule Task wizard
When you trigger scheduling from a completed task run, the Schedule Task wizard opens and shows the "Make this recurring" review screen with your previously captured inputs.

Step 2: Review the task details and captured inputs
On the review screen, check the task name, estimated IU cost and the captured input values, such as the Location, which are shown read-only so you can confirm they are correct.

Step 3: Start editing the captured inputs
If any input value needs to change before you schedule it, select the "Edit inputs" button to switch from the read-only review to an editable form.

Step 4: Update an input value
In the editable form, locate the field for the value you want to change, such as "Location value", then clear the existing text and type the new value you want to use for future runs.

Step 5: Confirm your changes and schedule the task
After updating the inputs, confirm the changes and complete the wizard to create the recurring schedule, which will then use your new input values whenever it runs.
