Review and manage information schedule items
Review all items in the information schedule, inspect their details, and update their status and responsibility as the project progresses.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Information Schedule register
Navigate to the Information Schedule section to see a register-style list of all schedule items, including their references, titles, responsible parties, and current statuses.

Step 2: Filter the register by status or request state
Use the dropdown filters above the table to narrow the list to specific statuses or to show only items that have or have not yet been requested from each party.

Step 3: Inspect key details in the register
Review each row in the table to see the item reference, title, responsible party, due dates, effective status, and any indicators showing whether information has been requested or issued.

Step 4: Open an item to view full details
Select a row in the register to open the Schedule Item detail panel, where you can see full information, comments, and history for that specific schedule item.

Step 5: Edit and save changes to an item
From the detail panel or dialog, adjust fields such as status, responsibility, or dates as required, then save your changes so the register and other users see the updated information.

Step 6: Record a decision or issue status for an item
Use the decision controls in the item panel to record decisions such as issuing, approving, or rejecting an item, ensuring the effective status and badges in the register reflect the latest position.

Step 7: Delete an item from the register if no longer needed
Where appropriate, use the delete option on an item to remove it from the register, keeping the schedule focused only on relevant and active entries.

Step 8: Refresh the register to see the latest updates
Click the reload or refresh control to pull the latest data from the service so that all statuses, decisions, and item details are up to date.
