Navigate from an item detail back to the RAMS board

Use the in-app navigation to move smoothly from a workspace item detail view back to the RAMS board without the app freezing or getting stuck.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open an item detail from the workspace​

From your project workspace, select an item in the board or list to open its full item detail view in the main area of the screen.

Step 2: Confirm you are viewing the standalone item detail​

Check that the item detail page is fully loaded, showing the item information while the sidebar still highlights the Workspace section.

Step 3: Use the Go back action​

Click the Go back control on the item detail page to leave the standalone view and return towards the RAMS board for the same project.

Step 4: Wait for the RAMS board to load​

After clicking Go back, wait for the screen to update so that the RAMS board appears in place of the item detail, and the URL updates to the project RAMS address.

Step 5: Verify the sidebar highlights the RAMS section​

Check the left-hand navigation rail to confirm that the RAMS section is now highlighted instead of Workspace, showing that navigation has completed successfully.
