Accept a project invitation

Use an emailed invitation link to join a project and confirm access to the workspace.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Follow the invitation link you received by email to open the project invitation page in your browser. The system checks that the invitation is valid and shows the project details if the link is still active.

Step 2: Review the project and access details

On the invitation page, confirm the project name, inviting organisation, your role and any access level information so you understand what you are joining before you proceed.

Step 3: Sign in or create your account if prompted

If you are not currently signed in, use the sign-in panel on the invitation page to log in or create a new account so the invitation can be linked to your user profile.

Step 4: Accept the project invitation

Click the Accept button to confirm you want to join the project. The system processes your acceptance and assigns you to the project with the role shown on the page.

Step 5: Confirm successful access or resolve issues

After acceptance, review the confirmation message. If the invitation is expired, revoked, already accepted or invalid, follow the on-screen guidance to request a new invitation from the project owner if needed.
