Accept a project invitation from an email link
Use an invitation link to join a project, review who invited you, and confirm your access.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open your project invitation link
Click the project invitation link in your email; your browser opens the invitation page and the system automatically checks whether the invitation is still valid.

Step 2: Review the project invitation details
On the invitation page, review the project name, the organisation, and who invited you so you can confirm you are joining the correct project.

Step 3: Sign in or sign up if prompted
If you are not already signed in, use the sign-in form on the page to log in to your account or create a new account so the invitation can be linked to you.

Step 4: Confirm and accept the invitation
Select the option to accept the invitation; the system processes your response and confirms that your access to the project has been granted.

Step 5: Follow the redirect to your new project
After successful acceptance, use the on-screen button or automatic redirect to go to the project workspace, where you can start working with your new team.

Step 6: Understand invitation error messages
If the page shows that the invitation is invalid, expired, revoked, or already accepted, review the message shown and contact the project owner or administrator to request a new invitation if needed.
