Accept a project invitation
Use an invitation link to join a project, review its details, and confirm your access.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open your project invitation link
Click the project invitation link you received (for example, by email). Your browser opens the invitation page and the system automatically checks whether the invitation token is valid, has expired, been revoked, already accepted, or is invalid.

Step 2: Review project and invitation details
When the invitation is valid, review the information shown, such as the project name, the organisation, your role or permissions, and any status or expiry information. Confirm that this is the project you want to join.

Step 3: Sign in or create an account if required
If you are not signed in, use the sign-in area on the page to log into your account or create a new one. Once you are authenticated, the page refreshes to allow you to proceed with accepting the invitation.

Step 4: Accept the project invitation
Select the Accept button to confirm that you want to join the project. The system processes your request and briefly shows a loading state while the invitation is being accepted.

Step 5: Confirm successful access or resolve issues
When the invitation is accepted successfully, review the confirmation message and then continue to the project workspace. If the page shows that the invitation is expired, revoked, already accepted, invalid, or there was an error, follow the on-screen guidance or contact the person who invited you.
