Invite someone to your project
Use the invite dialog to send a project invitation by email, choose their role, and optionally add a personal message.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the invite dialog
Click the button or menu option to invite a collaborator, then confirm the invite dialog has opened and shows the project name at the top if available.

Step 2: Enter the invitee’s details
In the form, type the person’s email address, optionally add their name, and check that any prefilled details are correct.

Step 3: Choose an access level
Open the role dropdown, select Viewer, Member, or Admin to define what the person can do in the project, and review the short description for each role before confirming.

Step 4: Add a personal message (optional)
If you wish, type a short personal message to give more context about the invitation or what you would like the person to do in the project.

Step 5: Send the invitation
Click the Send or Invite button to submit the form; if the email address is missing or invalid you will see an error message, otherwise the invitation is sent and the dialog closes once it succeeds.
