Getting Started with PlanOps

Welcome to PlanOps! This guide will help you get started with creating and managing your construction project documentation.

What is PlanOps?​

PlanOps is a construction-industry SaaS platform designed to help construction professionals create, manage, and generate essential project documentation including:

  • Site plans
  • Risk assessments (RAMS)
  • Location plans
  • Project documentation

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • An active PlanOps account
  • Site plans or drawings ready to upload (PDF, PNG, or JPG format)
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Quick Start​

  1. Upload your first site plan - Start by uploading a site plan following our Upload Site Plan guide

  2. Identify site boundaries - Mark the boundaries of your site using our Identify Site Boundary guide

  3. Generate documentation - Create location plans and risk assessments using the tools in your dashboard
