Filter calendar events by type, priority, and assignee
Use filters to narrow down visible calendar events by event type, priority level, and assigned user so you can focus on the most relevant work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the calendar filters
Click the filter button (usually shown with a funnel icon) at the top of the calendar to reveal the filtering options.
Step 2: Filter events by type
In the Type section, select or deselect event types (such as deadlines, milestones, meetings, and tasks). Selected types are highlighted with coloured badges, and the calendar immediately shows only events that match those types.
Step 3: Filter events by priority
In the Priority section, select or deselect priorities (high, medium, low). The calendar view updates so that only events with the chosen priority levels are visible.
Step 4: Filter events by user
Open the user filter and search or scroll through the available users list. Click a user’s name to include or exclude their events; selected users are indicated with a tick. The calendar then displays only events assigned to the selected users.
Step 5: Combine multiple filters
Use any combination of type, priority, and user filters together. The calendar shows only events that match all of the selected criteria so you can focus on the most relevant items.
Step 6: Clear or adjust filters
Toggle badges or user names off to remove filters, or adjust selections at any time. The calendar updates instantly as you change your filter choices.
