Complete your profile during onboarding
Use the profile onboarding modal to review and update your personal and company details so your account information is accurate from the start.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review pre-filled profile information
When the onboarding modal opens, check your name, company, department, location and bio, which may be pre-filled from existing account data if valid.
Step 2: Update your name
Enter or correct your full name in the Name field; this field is required and must not be left blank in order to continue.
Step 3: Add company and department details
Optionally, fill in or update your company and department so that your profile reflects your organisational context.
Step 4: Specify your location
Optionally, add or adjust your location to help colleagues understand where you are based.
Step 5: Write a short bio
Optionally, enter a brief biography to share your role, responsibilities or background with your organisation.
Step 6: Save your profile
Select the option to save your changes; if your name is provided, your details are sent and stored, and the modal will close once saving is complete.
Step 7: Skip profile setup
If you do not wish to update your profile now, choose the skip option to close the modal without saving changes.
