Manage notification settings

Configure how and when you receive email and message notifications, including category-level controls and digest preferences.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open your notification settings​

Navigate to the notification settings screen from the main settings area to view all available notification options.

Step 2: Review loading state and any errors​

Wait for your current notification preferences to load and, if an error appears, follow any on-screen guidance or retry loading.

Step 3: Turn all notifications on or off​

Use the master notification switch at the top of the page to enable or disable all notifications in a single action.

Step 4: Switch between email and other notification channels​

Use the channel tabs, such as Email or Messages, to choose which type of notification channel you want to configure.

Step 5: Adjust category-level notification preferences​

For each notification category, use the toggle controls to turn notifications on or off, using the icons and labels to understand what each category covers.

Step 6: Fine-tune notification types within a category​

Where available, expand a category and toggle individual notification types on or off using the provided switches.

Step 7: Choose your digest frequency​

In the digest section, select whether you would like notifications turned off, sent as a daily digest, or sent as a weekly digest.

Step 8: Configure quiet hours for digests​

Enable quiet hours if needed, then set the start and end times so digests are only sent within your preferred time window.

Step 9: Save your digest settings​

Use the save button to apply your chosen digest frequency and quiet hours, and wait for the saving indicator to complete.

Step 10: Send a test digest​

Use the test digest button to trigger a sample notification so you can confirm that your settings work as expected.

If you suspect your settings are out of date, use the refresh option to reload your current notification preferences from the server.
