Manage notification settings
Adjust how and when you receive notifications across email, browser, and mobile, including digest frequency and quiet hours.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open notification settings
Navigate to the notification settings area in the application to view your current notification preferences and categories.

Step 2: Review global notification preferences
Check the master notification switch and global preferences to confirm whether notifications are generally enabled or disabled for your account.

Step 3: Choose a notification channel tab
Select the Email, Browser, or Mobile tab to configure notifications for that specific channel, such as which alerts should be sent where.

Step 4: Enable or disable notification categories
Use the switches for each notification category to turn whole groups of notifications on or off for the selected channel.

Step 5: Fine-tune individual notification types
Within a category, toggle individual notification types on or off to control exactly which events will trigger notifications on the chosen channel.

Step 6: Configure digest frequency
Set your notification digest to Off, Daily Digest, or Weekly Digest to control how often you receive summary emails instead of immediate alerts.

Step 7: Adjust quiet hours for digests
Turn quiet hours on or off and set start and end times to avoid receiving digest notifications during specific times of day or night.

Step 8: Save digest settings
Save your digest frequency and quiet hours settings so they are applied to future notification digests.

Step 9: Send a test digest
Trigger a test digest to be sent so you can confirm that the content, timing, and channel of your digest notifications meet your expectations.

Step 10: Refresh notification settings
Refresh the notification settings page to ensure you are seeing the latest configuration if changes were made elsewhere.
