Step 1: Open the owning organisation role settings
Navigate to the project settings area and open the section that controls the owning organisation delivery role to view the current configuration and available options.

Step 2: Review the current role and default behaviour
Check the currently selected delivery role or default setting, and note any indicators showing that an administrator override is in place for this project.

Step 3: Choose a new delivery role option
Use the delivery role dropdown to select a different preset or revert to the default option so that the project’s navigation is driven by the appropriate role.

Step 4: Preview navigation changes
Review the preview of enabled and disabled navigation areas that will apply under the selected delivery role, ensuring the project team will see the correct menus.

Step 5: Save the updated role settings
Select the save option to apply the new delivery role, wait for the confirmation toast, and allow the system to refresh the project navigation based on your choice.

Step 6: Reset navigation to the selected preset
If available, use the reset navigation action to align the project’s navigation structure fully with the chosen preset, replacing any custom overrides.

Step 7: Refresh project navigation manually
