Manage compliance documents for your organisation
Upload, review and remove compliance-related documents that are linked to your organisation’s settings.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Compliance Documents section
Navigate to the organisation Settings area and open the Compliance tab; locate the Compliance Documents section, where any currently linked documents are listed.

Step 2: Review existing linked documents
Check the list of linked documents, including their names and types; if loading is in progress, wait for the documents to finish loading before making changes.

Step 3: Start adding new documents
If you have permission to edit, use the upload area in the Compliance Documents section to begin adding new files, either by selecting them from your computer or dragging and dropping them into the drop zone.

Step 4: Upload files and monitor progress
After dropping or selecting files, watch the upload list where each file appears with a progress indicator; if any file is too large or of an unsupported type, review the error message and adjust your selection.

Step 5: Confirm documents are linked
Once uploads complete, verify that each document appears in the linked documents list, confirming it is now associated with your organisation’s compliance records.

Step 6: Remove an uploaded document from the organisation
When you need to unlink a document, use the remove option next to the relevant item in the linked documents list; the document is removed from the organisation’s compliance documents but may remain stored elsewhere according to your system’s configuration.

Step 7: Cancel or remove a file that is still uploading
If you decide not to proceed with a file that is currently uploading, use the cancel or remove control in the uploading files list to stop the upload and clear it from the queue.
