View a team member's project access

Use the Project access column to see which projects a team member can access and their role on each, without opening a separate modal.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Locate the Project access column for a team member

Open your team settings page and find the team table. In the row for the relevant team member, locate the Project access cell showing the number of projects (for example, "3 projects").

Step 2: Open the project access popover

Move your mouse over the Project access button or give it keyboard focus (for example, by tabbing to it). A popover opens beneath the button, listing each project the member can see along with their role.

Step 3: Review project names and roles

Scroll within the popover if needed to see all entries. For each project, confirm that the member's role (for example, Viewer or Editor) matches the access you expect.

Step 4: Close the popover

Move your pointer away from the popover or shift keyboard focus elsewhere. The popover closes automatically after a short delay, returning you to the team table.
