Manage organisation compliance requirements
View, filter, create and update your organisation’s compliance requirements across health and safety, quality and environmental categories.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Compliance Requirements panel
From the settings area, open the Compliance Requirements panel for your organisation; the panel header shows the title, description and a close button to return to the previous screen.

Step 2: Review overall compliance statistics
At the top of the panel, review the compliance statistics cards to see counts and status breakdowns for all requirements, helping you understand current compliance performance at a glance.

Step 3: Filter requirements by category
Use the tabs to switch between All, Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental, so you can focus on requirements that belong to a specific lifecycle category.

Step 4: Browse the requirements list
Scroll through the requirements list to see each item with its title, category, priority badge and status badge, allowing you to quickly identify what needs attention.

Step 5: View requirement details
Select a requirement in the list to open its detailed view, where you can review full information about the requirement, including its description, status and any related metadata.

Step 6: Add a new compliance requirement
If you have edit permissions, select the Add button to open the requirement modal, then enter the necessary information to create a new compliance requirement and save it to the list.

Step 7: Edit an existing requirement
From either the list or the detail view, choose the option to edit a requirement to reopen it in the modal, adjust its fields such as status, category or priority, and save your changes.

Step 8: Archive a requirement
When a requirement is no longer active, use the archive action from the list or detail view to remove it from active tracking while retaining it in the organisation’s records.

Step 9: Resolve loading or error states
If the panel shows a loading indicator or an error message stating that compliance requirements cannot be loaded, wait for loading to complete or refresh/reopen the panel to retry.
