Manage team members and project access

Use the Team Settings view to search team members, invite new people, and control their organisation and project-level access.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Team Settings area

Navigate to the Team Settings section of the application to see the list of current organisation members and their access.

Step 2: Search for a team member

Use the search box to type part of a member’s name or email address and filter the list to quickly find the person you need.

Step 3: Open a member’s details

Select a member from the list to open their detail panel, where you can review their organisation role and project memberships.

Step 4: Invite a single new member

Click the option to add a member, enter their name and email address, choose an organisation role, optionally select default projects, and send the invitation.

Step 5: Trigger the invite flow from a project URL

Open the Team Settings page with an invite link that includes project information so the add-member window opens automatically with a project preselected.

Step 6: Bulk invite multiple members

Open the bulk add members window, paste or enter multiple people with their details, and send invitations to all of them in one action.

Step 7: Mark bulk invitations as complete

After processing a batch of invitations, use the bulk completion controls to confirm that the pending bulk invite items have been handled.

Step 8: Review and manage project access

From a member’s row, open the manage project access window to see all available projects and the member’s role in each project.

Step 9: Change a member’s project roles

In the project access window, update the member’s access entries by adjusting which projects they can see and what role they have on each.

Step 10: Save project access changes

Save your updated project access settings for the selected member and review any row-level errors that appear if a project change cannot be applied.

Step 11: Retry failed project access updates

For any projects that show an error in the access table, use the retry action on that row to attempt the update again.

Step 12: Change a member’s organisation role

Open the role options for a member, choose a different organisation role, and confirm the change in the role change dialogue if prompted.

Step 13: Remove a member from the organisation

Use the actions menu on a member’s row to select the remove option, review the confirmation dialog, and confirm removal to revoke their access.
