Manage organisation and project roles

Use the Team settings area to review and understand organisation and project roles so you can assign the right level of access.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Team settings area

Navigate to the Team settings section of your workspace to view your organisation members and their current roles, including Organisation Admins, Billing Admins and Standard Users.

Step 2: Review organisation roles and icons

On the team list, check each person’s organisation role label and icon so you can see who is an Organisation Admin, who can manage billing as a Billing Admin, and who is set as a Standard User.

Step 3: Open project access details

From the Team settings, open the project access or manage project access view to see which projects each member can access and what project role they have.

Step 4: Compare project role options

Use the role labels and descriptions beside each project (Admin, Member, Viewer) to understand the level of control and data access each role grants before deciding any changes.

Step 5: Confirm appropriate access levels

Based on the available role labels and descriptions, confirm that each team member has the correct organisation and project roles to match their responsibilities.
