Review how your account name is displayed

Review how your name and email are shown in General Settings to ensure your account is clearly identified, even if no display name is set.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the General Settings page​

From the application navigation, go to the General Settings area where your account details are shown.

Step 2: Check your account header​

At the top of the General Settings page, confirm that your email address is displayed as the main heading and that you are not labelled as "Unknown User".

Step 3: Confirm your identity information is accurate​

Verify that the email shown correctly identifies you and that no placeholder or generic name appears in place of your real details.
