Manage team member project access
Use the team settings to review each member’s organisation and project roles, and manage who can access which projects.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Team settings page
Navigate to the Team section in your workspace settings to see a table of all organisation members, including their organisation role and the number of projects they can access.

Step 2: Review member roles and project access
In the team table, review each member’s organisation role (for example, admin or contributor) and the project-access count, which shows exactly how many projects they can currently access.

Step 3: Open project access management for a member
Select a team member and open the project access management view to see a pre-populated list of their current project memberships and roles.

Step 4: Adjust project memberships
In the project access view, add the member to new projects, remove them from projects they should no longer access, or change their role on individual projects.

Step 5: Resolve conflicts and partial errors
If the member is already part of a project or if some updates fail, review any highlighted rows and on-screen warnings, then adjust the affected project memberships until all errors are resolved.

Step 6: Confirm and save changes
After reviewing the impact summary, confirm your changes so that the member’s project-access count and roles are updated across the team.
