View IU usage overview
Use the IU Usage Overview to understand how Interaction Units are being consumed across LLM calls and activities within the current billing period.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the IU Usage Overview
Navigate to the IU Usage section in your workspace and open the Overview tab to see a consolidated view of your current billing period usage.

Step 2: Review billing period and total IU usage
At the top of the Overview, check the billing period dates, the total IU consumed so far, and how this compares to your overall IU quota.

Step 3: Check remaining quota and status
Review the remaining IU, percentage remaining, and any low or exhausted quota indicators to understand how close your team is to its limit.

Step 4: Analyse LLM usage breakdown
In the LLM usage section, examine how many IUs and calls have been used by each model and call type to see where automated interactions are driving cost.

Step 5: Analyse activity usage breakdown
In the activity usage section, review IU and count by activity type, such as agent tasks and agent chats, to understand which workflows consume the most IUs.

Step 6: Refresh IU usage data
Use the refresh option in the Overview to pull the latest usage data so you can make decisions based on up-to-date information.
