When your organisation requires two-step verification, this blocking modal guides you to enable it so you can continue using the application.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Review the two-step verification requirement

When your organisation enforces two-step verification, a security modal appears and blocks further use of the application until you set it up.

Step 4: Allow the application to automatically detect completion

After setup is complete, return to the application tab; the modal automatically detects that two-step verification is enabled and closes so you can continue working.

Step 5: Manually recheck if the modal does not close

If the modal remains open after setup, use the recheck option to refresh your account details and confirm that two-step verification is enabled, which then dismisses the modal.
