Understand early access and deprecated feature badges

Learn how to recognise and interpret early access and deprecated badges so you can manage expectations and communicate feature status to your team.

Steps​

Step 1: Identify early access features​

Look for the rounded gold badge labelled "Early access" next to a feature name; this indicates the feature is still being refined and may change based on feedback.

Step 2: Use tooltip details to brief your team​

Hover over the "Early access" badge to reveal a tooltip explaining the current state of the feature, then use this information when planning rollouts or pilot usage.

Step 3: Recognise deprecated features​

Look for the rounded grey badge labelled "Deprecated" with an archive icon; this shows that a feature is being phased out or has been replaced elsewhere in the product.

Hover over the "Deprecated" badge to read the tooltip describing what has changed (for example, where the functionality has moved), and update any affected processes or documentation.
