Manage page header actions
Configure and use the main action button and More menu at the top of a page to create items and access additional actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Identify the page header
At the top of the page, locate the header area showing the page title, an optional status indicator, and a short descriptive subtitle beneath it.

Step 2: Review the page title and status
Check the main title to confirm you are on the correct page, and if present, use the status indicator beside the title to understand the current connection or state for this area.

Step 3: Read the subtitle for context
Use the one-line subtitle below the title to understand the purpose of the page and what kind of work or records it relates to.

Step 4: Use the primary action to add a new item
Select the primary action button in the top-right of the header, labelled with a verb-first action such as Add item, to begin creating a new record or starting the next key task.

Step 5: Follow the primary action link
When the primary button opens a new page, follow the on-screen instructions on that page to complete the creation or setup process for the new item.

Step 6: Open the More menu for additional actions
Select the More button in the header to open a menu listing all secondary actions available for this page, such as editing details, managing settings, or running supporting tasks.

Step 7: Choose a secondary action from the menu
From the More menu, pick the action you need; the system will either navigate you to the relevant page or perform the selected operation, depending on the action.

Step 8: Use highlighted actions during onboarding
Look for any primary action button that is visually highlighted with a pulsing outline, and select it to complete important onboarding or guided-tour steps recommended by the system.
