Manage priorities with the multi-select dropdown

Use the Priority multi-select dropdown to choose, refine, and clear multiple priority levels for your view or export.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Priority multi-select dropdown

Select the Priority button to open the dropdown panel and reveal the list of available priority options.

Step 2: Select one or more priority levels

In the open panel, choose one or more options such as High, Medium, or Low; each click toggles an option on or off and updates the selection counter on the button.

Step 3: Search within available priorities

Use the search field at the top of the panel to filter the list of options; matching priorities remain visible while non-matching ones are hidden, and an empty state appears if no results are found.

Step 4: Clear all selected priorities

Use the Clear action in the panel to remove all currently selected priorities at once, resetting the selection counter on the Priority button.

Step 5: Close the dropdown panel

Close the dropdown by selecting the Priority button again or clicking anywhere outside the panel; your current selections are preserved unless you clear them.
