Delete a user avatar with confirmation

Use the avatar upload feature to safely remove a user’s profile image with a confirmation step that prevents accidental deletion.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the avatar management area​

Navigate to the user profile or settings page where the avatar is shown so you can manage the current profile image.

Step 2: Start deleting the current avatar​

Select the "Delete avatar" button next to the current profile image to begin removing the avatar.

Step 3: Review the deletion confirmation​

A confirmation dialog appears asking "Are you sure you want to delete your avatar?" so you can confirm or cancel the action.

Step 4: Confirm or cancel the deletion​

Choose "Delete avatar" in the dialog to permanently remove the image, or select "Cancel" to close the dialog without deleting anything.
