Use the multi-select filter dropdown

Use a compact dropdown to select multiple filter options, optionally search within them, and clear your selection quickly.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the multi-select dropdown

Select the filter chip with the dropdown label to open the list of available options; the chip shows how many items are currently selected.

Step 2: Search within the available options

If a search box is shown, type part of an option name to narrow the list so you can quickly find the filters you need.

Step 3: Select or deselect multiple options

Tick the checkboxes beside each option you want to include; untick any option to remove it from the current selection, and watch the count badge update.

Step 4: Review and close the dropdown

Click outside the dropdown or select the trigger chip again to close it; your chosen options remain applied to the current view.

Step 5: Clear all selected filters

Use the "Clear selection" action in the dropdown footer (when available) to remove all selected options and reset the filter.
