Use the More actions menu

Use the More actions menu to access additional page actions that do not appear as primary buttons.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the More actions menu​

Select the "Show more actions" button to open the overflow menu and see all available additional actions.

Step 2: Review available actions​

In the opened menu, review the list of actions such as "Return to Draft" or "Brief team", each showing as a separate menu item.

Step 3: Run an action from the menu​

Select the relevant menu item to run that action; the menu closes automatically once the action is triggered.

Step 4: Close the menu without choosing an action​

Press Escape or click anywhere outside the menu to close it; focus returns to the "Show more actions" button.
