Navigate and open records from a list
Use the interactive list rows to quickly open records, view their status, and access the next action from any list view.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Identify an interactive list row
In any list view, locate the row for the record you want to review; each row is at least 44px tall, fully clickable, and shows a trailing chevron on the right.

Step 2: Review the record status
Look towards the right-hand side of the row to see the single status chip, which indicates the current state of the record in a consistent position across all lists.

Step 3: Use any next-step action on the row
If available, select the next-step button that appears next to the status chip to progress the record without leaving the list, such as authorising or scheduling.

Step 4: Open the record from the row
Click anywhere on the row or select the chevron button labelled "Open…" to open the full record details, while any checkboxes or other controls within the row work independently.

Step 5: Navigate rows using the keyboard
Use Tab to move focus between rows, then press Enter or Space when a row or its chevron is focused to open the selected record.
