Manage your profile avatar
Use the avatar uploader to add, change, or remove your profile picture so it appears consistently across the application.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the avatar upload area
Navigate to your user settings or profile page and locate the avatar area, which shows your current profile picture or a default icon.
Step 2: Upload a new avatar by clicking
Click on the avatar upload area to open the file picker, then select a JPG, PNG, or WebP image (up to 2 MB); a preview of your chosen image appears immediately.
Step 3: Upload a new avatar by drag and drop
Drag an image file from your computer and drop it into the avatar upload area; the dropzone highlights when a file is dragged over it, and the preview updates once the file is accepted.
Step 4: Wait for the upload to complete
While the image is uploading, a loading indicator appears and the action buttons are temporarily disabled until the upload finishes and your avatar is refreshed across the app.
Step 5: Confirm your updated avatar
After a successful upload, check that your new avatar appears in the profile area and in other parts of the interface such as the header user menu.
Step 6: Open the delete avatar confirmation
If you want to remove your current avatar, select the delete option next to the avatar to open a confirmation dialog.
Step 7: Confirm avatar deletion
In the confirmation dialog, confirm that you want to delete your avatar; the system removes the image and reverts your profile to the default user icon once deletion completes.
